Personal Experience & Biography

Attorney DeLeon graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut in the top 3% of his class with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and Pi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society while at UConn.  After the University of Connecticut, he graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi.   Attorney DeLeon was admitted to practice in Connecticut in 1995 and federal practice in 1996.  He established a private practice in Waterbury in 1996, practicing in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy, personal injury, criminal law, and business organization.
